ELDECO Infrastructure and Properties Ltd (EIPL), a sub group of ELDECO, was founded by Mr. Pankaj Bajaj in the year 2000 and today, he is the Managing Director of this group. Mr. Pankaj Bajaj joined this real estate group in the year 1996 after completing his management studies from IIM, Ahmedabad. In 2011, he got elected as the President of CREDAI NCR. Mr. Pankaj Bajaj did hard work and handled a large number of projects in various regions of India and raised the level of the group to such an extent that today it has become a recognized brand in this sector.
