Mr. Pankaj Bajaj conjoined Lucknow based Eldeco Group, in the year 1996. He joined this group with aim of transforming Eldeco Group into a national player from a regional player. Therefore, he founded Eldeco Infrastructure Properties Ltd. (EIPL) for achieving his ultimate goal.

He has used his 10 years of real estate experience in development and construction of property. He intelligently used his educational skills which he got after completing MBA from one of the most premier B School of India, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad, (IIM Ahmdabad) to make Eldeco Group a premier real estate company. This group has started its business activity in 1975, Agra. Eldeco has received many awards for being a very good service provider and constructing world class buildings that have great design and all the world class amenities. Mr. Pankaj Bajaj transformed the image of Eldeco Group completely by being an excellent Managing Director to Eldeco Group.

He has also interacted with students at the Harvard University, where he went as a visiting faculty. The transformation of Eldeco Group from a regional player to the national player has been taken up as a case study in the Harvard University which shows that how well the strategies have been planned by Mr. Pankaj Bajaj, Managing Director, Eldeco Group. Eldeco has been expanding its business rapidly by following all these strategies and business ethics.
