Mr. Pankaj Bajaj, Managing Director of Eldeco Group is
planning to expand his real estate business to surroundings of Delhi NCR in
cities like Sonipat, Panipat and Kundli.
Eldeco's Pankaj Bajaj says that real estate market in these
regions is growing rapidly due to certain factors like Infrastructural
Development, Educational Institutes, proximity to Delhi NCR, Foreign Direct
Investment (FDI), Connectivity, Presence of various facilities and
industrialization.
Mr. Pankaj Bajaj is serving as President, CREDAI NCR, since
2011.
