The Supreme Court order, cancellation of the purchase of 156
hectares of land by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA)
has punch customers and real estate developers hard.
Commenting on this matter, Pankaj Bajaj, President of CREDAI NCR and MD of Eldeco Group said,
Most of the crisis hit land was lying fallow, and, thus reversing the situation
by giving it back to land owners won't be a big deal.
