Mr. Pankaj Bajaj
is serving as President of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers
Associations of India – National Capital Region (CREDAI NCR) since 2011. CREDAI
is an apex body of real estate developers. It acts as a mediator and makes
connection between real estate developers and government authorities.
Mr. Bajaj is Managing Director of Lucknow based Eldeco
Group. He has more than 10 years of experience in real estate. In 1996, Mr. Pankaj Bajaj joined Eldeco Group as the
Promoter Director of Eldeco Group. He was later appointed as Managing Director of Eldeco Infrastructure
and Properties Ltd. (EIPL). As MD of
Eldeco group, he was responsible for constituting and promoting new marketing
strategies.
Mr. Bajaj takes care of his real estate business and
actively participates in policy formation. He looks after entire process, from
purchasing of land to selling of property. He also handles marketing and
promotional part of Eldeco group. He
coordinates with architectures, engineers, floor planners, contractors and real
estate surveyors to assure exact planning and execution of commercial and
residential project.
Furthermore, Mr. Pankaj Bajaj is planning to do some course
related to real estate like MSRE or MRED
for his personal and professional growth. MSRE stands for Master of Science in
Real Estate where as MRED stands for Master of Real Estate Development.
